This is not really a review of tyre levers as there is not much to review about them. This article is here so that you can get an idea of what they look like.
The photograph below shows some typical plastic tyre levers. They usually come in sets of three as they are all needed when removing some sorts of tyres. One thing I did find that it was easy to break the plastic levers when removing tyres that are really stubborn. They are however a bit lighter than steel levers.
The above photograph shows a set of typical steel tyre levers. They are usually found in some puncture kits. You can also purchase them separately. They normally come in pairs, but it is sometimes better to buy two pairs and carry three levers if you have tyres that are difficult to remove from the rim.
